Darren brings exceptional industry expertise, having spent 26 years with Bosch as Sales Director for the UK & Ireland, where he developed a highly successful, target-driven track record built on strong relationships, strategic sales planning and consistent results. Known for creating loyal customer partnerships and devising long-term growth strategies, Darren is also recognised for his ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
In his new role at Uform, Darren will lead the national sales strategy across Ireland and oversee a team of Area Sales Managers, focusing on customer success and ensuring our high standards are maintained. He will be responsible for managing and growing national accounts, strengthening key partnerships, and maximising commercial opportunities.
Kerri Buchanan
Business Development Executive
With over four years’ experience in business development and sales, Kerri brings strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a passion for building long-term customer relationships. Her background includes securing new business, nurturing existing accounts, and delivering sustained sales growth, all of which will support Uform’s continued expansion.
In her new role, Kerri will identify new market opportunities, engage prospective clients, and strengthen relationships with existing customers. She will support the growth of both new and established accounts, contributing to Uform’s wider goal of enhancing its market presence and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Her proactive approach adds further strength to Uform’s commercial team as it continues to grow across the UK and Ireland.
