Uform Acquires TKC
The two businesses combined will become the largest supplier specialist supplier to the kitchen market
The acquisition of kitchen component supplier, TKC is a strategic move for Uform, strengthening its position within the kitchen sector.
The deal is expected to expand Uform's reach and capability by creating new market opportunities in new channels, and a physical presence in Great Britain.
Uform’s Group Sales and Marketing Director Wes Mckenna described the move as an ‘ important step for the Group’ He said, ‘By bringing together the strengths of both businesses, we are well positioned to deliver even greater choice, competitive pricing and continued high levels of service to our customers.’
By combining Uform’s scale, manufacturing capability and customer focus with TKC’s channel strength, the Group will be better positioned to broaden its offering, enhance flexibility for customers, and unlock new routes to market. Together, the businesses will be the largest specialist supplier to the kitchen market and will offer an expanded product portfolio, creating a more complete and compelling proposition for customers across all channels.
As part of the acquisition colleagues from TKC will join the Group, including David Adams, as Chief Executive Officer.
