The latest appointments in the Irish Kitchen Industry

Oliver Phelan, National Sales Manager

Uform has made three new appointments within its UK & Ireland Sales Teams to support the company’s future growth strategy.

Reporting to Irish Sales Director, Brian Dunne, Oliver Phelan joins the Irish Sales Team with over 20 years’ experience of sales team leadership across multiple sectors and countries.  Previous roles include creating long term sales strategies and developing key customers and new business within the engineering, construction, and manufacturing industries. Oliver will be responsible for overseeing the Irish Sales team as well as helping to manage and develop key accounts.

Daniel Winchester also joins the company in the new role of GB Sales Director, where he will be responsible for helping to lead the GB Sales Team and develop sales growth strategies, and Sam Berridge is the newly appointed Area Sales Manager for Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and key accounts.

Lauren Martin, Marketing Manager

Lauren  Martin Donaghy Bros

Donaghy Brothers has recently employed Lauren Martin as Marketing Manager. Lauren has worked in Donaghy Brothers since August 2020 as a Sales Assistant, where she developed her knowledge and gained experience in sales and customer service.

In her new role, Lauren will manage the company’s overall advertising needs throughout Ireland and the UK by coordinating campaigns across multiple channels including TV, Radio and Press. She now also holds responsibility of organising Marketing Events to support the rapidly growing business. As a final year marketing student at Ulster University, Lauren is keen to use her skills to expand Donaghy Bros’ social media presence and explore PR opportunities with other leading businesses and brands.  

Lauren is delighted to take up this position and looks forward to working alongside James and Dermot Donaghy to ensure the company continues to thrive and excel in the electrical retail sector.
