The deadline for Ireland’s Kitchen Trade Awards is fast approaching.

With 11 categories up for grabs, there’s a wealth of opportunity for retailers and suppliers to be crowned top in their chosen categories. The deadline for entries is August 19, 2022 and prospective entrants can register online today at iktg.ie. Already the calibre of entries is extremely high and we expect a fantastic turnout for the first post covid IKT Awards.

Sponsored by Cosentino, these awards are the only accolades dedicated to the Irish kitchen industry shining a bright light on the sheer volume of talent available locally.

Ireland’s Kitchen Trade Awards are free to enter and independently judged by a team of design and business experts. In this issue we announce the familiar faces wo will be deciding the fate of 2022’s submissions.

All judges are extremely accomplished individuals with many years of experience pioneering in Irish industry.

The panel includes Jackie Carton; Creative Director of Carton Interiors and President of the Interiors Association, Susan McGowan; Founder of Ashton & Cloud, Frank Shortt; Area Sales Manager at 2020 Fusion, Roisin Keown; Founder of The Brill Building, and Tom Verner; Group Managing Director of Momentum Group.

 The judging panel will whittle down all entries to three finalists per category before deciding overall winners, which will be announced on the night.

Some of the biggest names in kitchen retail are sponsoring categories including Flanagan Fittings, De Dietrich, Siemens, Smeg, Topform, Uform, Sinc Kitchens, Egger, Fisher & Paykel, ArtiCAD, and Mountfield Kitchens

All finalists will receive a free ticket to the gala awards evening which will be hosted by celebrity chef Paul Rankin and feature a drinks reception, sponsored by Bodel, four course meal, and entertainment by the Hit Machine Drummers, and a Casino, sponsored by NordMende, to carry on the celebrations.
