Who can enter?
This award will recognise the Irish supplier who excels in providing kitchen manufacturers and retailers with quality products and services. This award is not intended for kitchen retailers.
Entry criteria
The winner will have an excellent knowledge of what products/services the Irish kitchen market needs in order to progress. Their showroom will be an exceptionable space manned by knowledgeable staff able to answer questions posed, and demonstrate products or appliances. They will also be excellent at adhering to deadlines, be prompt with delivery times and demonstrate excellent customer service.
How to enter
Entrants are required to register their entry at IKTG.ie/register after May 1, 2025 and answer the following questions (up to 250 words per question.)
Outline your business detailing how you became involved in the industry and how you have reached your current market position in Ireland.
Outline your most successful business strategies which have maintained your market position. Include examples of any innovative campaigns or promotions and events you may have used in the past.
Give examples of how your customer service stands out from other competitors.
What are your strategies for staff development, for example what in-house training do you provide and how do you keep your staff informed of any new business or product developments?
Supply names and contact details for three customers they have worked with in the last 12 months.
A floor plan that illustrates the showroom both in detail and overall layout needs to be submitted with this entry. If selected as a finalist you will be required to provide a tour for the judges.

Entries to be submitted online
Only one entry per business for each category, however, companies can enter as many categories as they wish.
To be considered all entry questions must be answered with a maximum of 250 words per question.
Supplier of the Year is for suppliers only and are not intended for kitchen retailers.
All finalists in this category are required to complete a 15-minute presentation with the judges.
As part of the presentation, all finalists in the this category are required to conduct a virtual tour of their showroom.
Photography
No more than 10 photographs to be submitted with each category.
All photography must be high resolution (over 300dpi).
Entrants to Supplier of the Year are required to submit a floorplan in addition to other photography.
If images are too large to email please send them via WeTransfer or a Dropbox link.
IKTG reserves the right to retain any images submitted and use in print and a multimedia presentation at the Gala Awards Ceremony. Entrants must have permission to use these photographs as stated above before submitting.
